The incumbent will help implement technology strategies that support the Program Management Supervisor for a local or distributed worksite. Responsible for assisting with property tax compliance, payments, exemption certification, reconciliations, journal entries, and electronic archival of supporting documentation.Responsibilities:This position interacts with PMO personnel and customer teams to provide technical support services to facilitate and develop comprehensive project schedules and high-level reports. Incumbents may perform all or portions of the following duties:-Implements new technology strategies and high-level reports at the local worksite under direction of the supervisor.-Adheres to established group policies and procedures for project management at local worksite.-For smaller, simple programs, incumbent enters project data from planning sessions, project updates, works with project team members to resolve logic and other schedule quality errors, and works with the Program Coordinator to resolve those errors.-Maintains schedule templates and database structure under close direction of the supervisor.-Maintains and administers database security and licensing practices at the local worksite under the direction of the supervisorBackground/Experience:-A four year college or university degree is highly desirable but not required for this position.-In lieu of a 4 year degree, 2-5 years of related college coursework or work experience is acceptable.-Good interpersonal skills, an ability to work effectively in a team environment, computer competency, good keyboarding skills, and an attention to detail are required.-Website development and administration skills are a definite plus.Technical Skills:Strong Excel skills, analytical and problem solving ability, adept at learning new systems (PTMS (Property Tax Management Systems) & payment systems), good command of property and sales & use tax subject matter, solid verbal and written communication skills, and detail-oriented.Soft Skills:-Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, receptive to change, motivated, and high integrity.Travel Requirement: None Rose International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
