We are currently looking for an outgoing, self-motivated Account Manager to add to the Peoria Area. This opportunity provides a benefits package including medical, dental, matching 401K, and more!Job Purpose:Promote Dental Arts Laboratories products, services and customer satisfaction relative through direct selling, customer relationship development, educational promotion and corporate representation.Primary Responsibilities:Work closely with corporate and laboratory personnel in the development, maintenance and building of regional accounts.Customer development activities related to relationship building with current and new accounts to include new account calls, scheduled maintenance calls, cross-selling calls, handling of complains, special requests, case tracking/status and product education.Systematic development of customers and customer relationships in national sales territory with a focus on account retention and growth.Customer service activities related to product support services including handling of all new product call requests, direct advertising requests, technical problem solving and general product information requests.Develop accounts from marketing leads with direct phone selling and follow up literature.Coordinate of trade show direct sales and customer development activities to include organization, presentation, booth assembly and proper follow up procedures.Data entry and phone contact management entry for customers and customer lead database including all levels of account contact, new account call schedule, scheduled maintenance call schedule, cross-selling call schedule and complaints.Communicate with President and Vice President of Marketing detailing source, purpose and directive action of phone contact.Perform special project and task assignments within capabilities as defined and directed.Requirements:Excellent communication skillsGreat customer service skillsValid Driver's License, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving recordIndependently motivated with strong organizational skills1-3 years Outside Sales experienceDental Office experience preferredEEO/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled
