Pinkerton Intelligence Analyst in Peoria, Illinois

The Intelligence Analyst works within a Control Center for a specific client and will provide input on all intelligence matters including; intelligence processes, reporting, technical aspects, and operational methods.

Essential Functions

The Essential Functions Include:
  1. Represent Pinkerton core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Research, evaluate, integrate, and analyze all-source data in the preparation and presentation of clear, concise, in-depth intelligence analytical products;
  3. Focus on threats to operations (research and development, production, delivery systems, doctrine, and capabilities) prepared in response to collection tasking and other requirements.
  4. Provide research and analysis of the personal protection situations for designated personnel worldwide.
  5. Respond in a timely manner to requests for intelligence information;
  6. Collect OSINT in support of reporting tasks.
  7. Correlate intelligence and contextual data of cases with data used in preparing briefing materials, presenting briefings, and drafting information papers/articles on intelligence issues.
  8. Review and verify information and Intelligence Reports, Alert Notices, Crime Prevention Surveys, and other reports as required. Disseminate data via reports or other analytical products to appropriate client staff members.
  9. Direct the delegation of collection tasks with the Intelligence Research Specialists.
  10. Provide advice and counsel with appropriate responses based on through and accurate analysis.
  11. Assess and maintain a variety of situational awareness tools to quickly and accurately advise decision-makers on possible courses of action.
  12. Review and utilize diagnostic tools and technology to develop complex data compilations.
  13. Research, evaluate, integrate, and analyze all-source data in the preparation and presentation of clear, concise, in-depth intelligence analytical products;
  14. Focus on threats to operations (research and development, production, delivery systems, doctrine, and capabilities) prepared in response to collection tasking and other requirements.
  15. Provide research and analysis of the personal protection situations for designated personnel worldwide.
  16. May represent the organization in the preparation, presentation, and defensive of positions and recommendations at conferences, in working groups, and planning sessions.
  17. Directly support travel protection initiatives through preparation of location threat briefs.
  18. Utilize effective interpersonal and communication skills as a professional representative of the company to protect the interests of the client.
  19. All other duties, as assigned.
Minimum Hiring Standards

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company pre-employment screening process including drug testing and background investigation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Education/Experience

Bachelor degree with one to three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
