Candidate Responsibilities :
This position will require data entry into engineering and parts distribution systems to create, maintain and communicate new and changing parts data for aftermarket distribution. Work will include taking information from engineering teams and transferring them into internal systems and checking the data entry completed by peers both in the US and India. It will also require judgment on the best course of action within operating standards and specifications. This position will help to ensure the accurate timely procurement or rework of parts during the implementation of the engineering releases and changes through coordination and communication with internal process partners. The position will also include data management work to ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple system and data pulling and reporting.
This position is working within aftermarket alternative parts group. The role will be key in ensuring that a current project to convert data is completed consistently and accurately by peers. The role will also include the data entry required into internal systems to release new parts for sale in the aftermarket or implement data changes required for existing parts. Due to the familiarity that will be developed in the role in the internal systems and data stored within, there will be elements of fulfilling requests to pull and report data from the systems.
Associates or higher degree preferred
Technical Skills :
Minimum 5 years of work experience. Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Data entry and checking experience. Comfortable working on a computer. Previous client experience preferred.
