As an Entry Level Accountant youwill have the opportunity to progress through a variety of staff andsupervisory assignments including financial statement preparation and analysis,product costing, inventory accounting, tax, auditing, budgeting andforecasting. Caterpillar Accountants are developed to become our futurebusiness leaders and therefore we look for individuals who can demonstrateexcellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as high levels ofleadership and initiative.
You must be willing to travel andrelocate domestically.

Currently attending a 4-year accredited university/college pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting with 18 semester hours of core accounting courses taken at a 4-year accredited university/college, graduating between August 2018 and December 2018 OR 2 years or less of accounting experience
GPA requirements 3.0/4.0 GPA (Accounting GPA & Cumulative GPA)
Must be willing to relocate and travel accordingly

Previous accounting internship and/or work experience
Strong initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills
Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
