Job Summary

Summary: As an Office Manager, you will perform a variety of duties including coordination of all business unit accounting activities, maintaining cash control, payroll, including Living Wage Ordinance compliance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit and loss reconciliations, and human resources administration/benefits for personnel. You will coordinate routine office duties to include data entry, associate files, record retention, and support documentation. Other duties include coordinating associate events, monthly and annual business reports as well as handling the POS system, Camera System and Digital Signage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cash Handling and Reporting, Support Cashiers as needed, Count Cash Drawers

  • Print Employee Pay Stubs & Hours for Check-off

  • Order Office Supplies

  • Manage Cashless Card Accounts

  • Managing POS Reporting, New Item Set up, Manage POS Screen Changes

  • Client Records Reportingfor all locations

  • Communicate Job Postings for Union Positions to all locations

  • New Hire Associate Set Up

  • Complete Client Billing

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day administrative reporting to support the region

  • Participate as needed in special department projects

  • Complete Budget vs Actual Financial Reporting

  • Manage Promotional Programs for Client


  • At least three years of administrative/office management experience

  • At least two year’s experience in the food service industry

  • Working knowledge of processes and systems including financial reporting

  • Good planning and organizational skills

  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Expedience in office management capacity

  • Computer literate, specifically MS Office

  • Ability to negotiate effectively

  • Proficient computer skills with Windows based office software including MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
