This job was posted by : For more information, please see: ICC is seeking a qualified individual who will be responsible for providing strategy and leadership for Marketing services, Institutional Advancement initiatives, Admissions Office and the College's document services team. Provide strategic leadership and guidance for the Executive Director of the Educational Foundation as well as for the Foundation's Board of Directors to ensure the achievement of annual goals and strategies. Provides strategy and support the development of fund raising and annual plans by Executive Director of the Educational Foundation and oversees the execution of strategies for obtaining private donations; identifying, cultivating and soliciting major gift prospects (individuals, corporations and foundations).Support the relationships with and stewardship for donors. Provide on-going promotion of planned giving opportunities; oversee, manage and plan advancement events.Provide strategic leadership for external relationship building with a variety of constituencies; work with volunteers and others to identify linkage, ability and interest of major gift prospects; assist academic leadership in non-duplicative efforts to identify sources and prepare proposals to same.Insures the visual brand identity of college publications. Directs, approves and oversees preparation of major college publications, magazines, newsletters, brochures, electronic media and various communications and marketing materials.Directs and provides leadership for recruitment and students outreach efforts in the college, including direct supervision of the Director of Admissions. Develops college-wide integrated communications strategy for internal and external audiences. Oversees the implementation of communication vehicles to communicate with various internal and external audiences.Provides leadership in the coordination of the market research.In coordination with various stakeholders, develops annual marketing plans to support strategic enrollment management objectives.i.e, public relations, admissions, advertising, literature, fundraising and other outreach events.Develops annual budget, equipment and resource requirements and master schedule to support division and communicates such to appropriate stakeholders. Provides leadership for the development of creative strategies, new copy and design concepts for advertising printed materials and events.Develops, utilizes and supervise job production tracking system.Directs and oversees the evolution of the college web site to assure that it is student friendly, effective and efficient in supporting the image and marketing objectives of the college and its constituent programs. Supports divisions, departments and programs in creating and maintaining effective web content.Creates internal and external communication messaging for all departments of the College and specifically for managers through the Strategic Forum.Oversees media relation's efforts to promote the college to local, regional, and national media as well as crises communications as required.Cultivates and informs key constituencies, appraising them of the college's communications strategies and efforts.Crafts message points, articles, PowerPoint presentations, speeches, etc., for the President as requested.Knows, understands and acts in accordance with Illinois Central College Cougar CARE Principles, including connects with students, owns th e situation, uses opportunities to build relationships, does the extra mile, acts promptly and professionally and remembers to work as a team.Perform related duties as required.
