ARi Technical Recruiter in East Peoria, Illinois

Job Description:

  • Consult with hiring managers regarding the current and anticipated hiring needs

  • Develop recruiting specifications and determine most effective recruiting methods and sources to attract candidates

  • Develop advertisements for open positions and place ads in the most effective media

  • Build relationships with college placement offices, alumni offices, and college engineering departments

  • Review resumes/applications, conduct screening interviews, and recommend final candidates to the hiring manager

  • Schedule technical interviews with the hiring manager

  • Guide hiring managers in salary negotiations with candidates

  • Attend job fairs and career networking events

  • Maintain applicant database to ensure compliance with local state and federal laws

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 1 year of experience recruiting in a technical field

  • Experience working with online sourcing tools (CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)

  • Ability to demonstrate effective and professional communication skills through various modes of delivery (phone, email, video, etc.)
