Responsibilities: - Performs a variety of complex assignments to become familiar with and understand the functions and responsibilities of Human Resources within Caterpillar. - Selected candidates enter into a three-year developmental program that enables them to move throughout a variety of assignments in Human Resources, thus gaining a broad knowledge base in Human Resources. - Candidates will move through three or more functional assignments. - The goal of this program is to provide a formal development process to enhance the flow of qualified Human Resource professionals and develop a pipeline of future Human Resource professional leaders. - Our Human Resource Associates are placed in a variety of HR specialties and locations. Professionals within the program must be willing to travel and relocate, possibly globally. Applicants will be considered for positions throughout the United States.
