The candidate will be involved in aftertreatment design and development of systems for regulated markets where aftertreatment is required to meet emissions requirements.Basic Qualifications:*BS degree in one of the following engineering or technical disciplines: Agricultural Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology*Minimum 3 years of previous related engineering experience*Currently on an Engineering career break of at least 2 yearsTop Candidates Will Also Have:*Project Leadership Experience*Previous engine design and/or analysis experience*Creo, Pro/E or solid modeling skills.Additional Information:*This position is temporary part time with the option of full time hours*Returning Professional Development Program dates: August 2017 - December 2017Caterpillar is not currently hiring individuals for this position who now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status; however, as a global company, Caterpillar offers many job opportunities outside of the U.S. which can be found through our employment website at assistance is not available for this position.
