Summary Benefits Supplemental Questions

Coordinate the activities, content and personnel of; Children First, Traffic Safety (classroom and online) and manage and coordinate Corporate & Community Education office processes with functional supervision of customer service staff. Perform a variety of enrollment and financial duties relating to customized and open enrollment workshops and specialized grants.

Basic Duties:

Troubleshoot CampusCE software issues and act as department liaison with vendor; manage purchase orders and submission of invoices, conference & meeting and reimbursement requests; order supplies; reconcile department credit cards; generate customer invoices and monitor Accounts Receivable activity; monitor and analyze expense budgets, generate monthly enrollment reports; authorize and process refunds; schedule staff; perform any year-end reporting; manage scheduling of 25Live; assist Dean with analyzing expenses for all Operational Plans & Budgeting process; assist in any RFP requests

Insure programs meet requirements of the Children First Foundation and National Safety Council; Work with Peoria County court administrator on contracts and quarterly reporting; research and implement new programming as needed; screen and hire instructors with content and instructional expertise; develop workshop schedule; analyze enrollment, financials, cancellations and customer evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement; develop and monitor annual Operational Plans and budgets

Necessary Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two or more years of office management experience or equivalent experience in office management/operations. Knowledge of: Staff supervision; basic accounting; general office procedures. Ability to: Communicate effectively verbally and in writing; utilize Microsoft Office Suite; develop and maintain working relationships; manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
