ARi Account Coordinator in East Peoria, Illinois

The Account Coordinator will engage in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination, communication planning, relationship management, and innovative development of opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with (Sr.) Account Management (team) on target growth plans

  • Work closely with the Account Management to maintain a continuous knowledge customer changes and new business.

  • Responsible for coordination of customer communication plan

  • Coordinate customer follow-up meetings

  • Support of business strategy with focus on customer relationships

  • Create a trusting and collaborative environment

  • Actively participate in the Business Development staff meetings

  • Demonstrate high-level customer service skills

  • Work as directed to achieve the overall objectives of ARi

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management or relevant experience in Customer Service Environment.

Required Skills

  • Ability to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.

  • Ability to coordinate and manage follow up with clients.

  • Ability to identify and escalate critical customer issues and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
